Passenger's Bill of Rights

This leaflet is a pratical vademecum to inform the public about the measures in force at national, community and International level, explaining the claim and compensation procedures available to a passenger in case of a flight disruption (Regulation EC 261/2004 on denied boarding, cancellation or long delay of flights). Moreover it summarizes the rights of people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility when travelling by air (Regulation EC 1107/2006). Contact details of National Enforcement Bodies for both Regulations EC 261/2004 and EC 1107/2006 are made available too.

There are indeed useful information about the security E.U. rules pertaining to liquids in carry-on bags and the safety control system in force as well as details about the Italian Regulation governing strikes in the air transport field.
