{"id":46254,"date":"2024-04-18T12:12:59","date_gmt":"2024-04-18T10:12:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.enac.gov.it\/faq\/12-se-non-ho-ricevuto-lassistenza-richiesta-a-chi-mi-devo-rivolgere\/"},"modified":"2024-05-08T09:30:16","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T07:30:16","slug":"12-se-non-ho-ricevuto-lassistenza-richiesta-a-chi-mi-devo-rivolgere","status":"publish","type":"faq","link":"https:\/\/www.enac.gov.it\/en\/faq\/12-se-non-ho-ricevuto-lassistenza-richiesta-a-chi-mi-devo-rivolgere\/","title":{"rendered":"I did not receive the assistance I requested; whom should I contact?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If no assistance or inadequate assistance is received, any complaints must be submitted to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the managing body of the airport in the event of lack of or inadequate assistance on the land side<\/li>\n<li>the airline for booking\/purchase issues and lack of assistance on the air side<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the PRM believes that the reply to the complaint is not consistent with the provisions of the Regulation, he\/she may then submit a complaint to ENAC, using the online form.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to send a complaint to ENAC if the disruption occurred:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>at an Italian airport;<\/li>\n<li>on flights departing from an Italian airport (regardless of the nationality of the operating carrier);<\/li>\n<li>on flights arriving at an Italian airport if operated by an EU carrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/moduliweb.enac.gov.it\/applicazioni\/reg1107_English\/modulo.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Submit a complaint to ENAC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, complaints can be sent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by email to pax.disabili@enac.gov.it<\/li>\n<li>for flights departing from other EU states and for flights arriving in those states from non-EU countries, complaints can be sent to the corresponding responsible bodies.
