{"id":44908,"date":"2023-11-13T13:06:25","date_gmt":"2023-11-13T12:06:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.enac.gov.it\/durante-il-volo\/"},"modified":"2024-05-06T13:08:14","modified_gmt":"2024-05-06T11:08:14","slug":"durante-il-volo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.enac.gov.it\/en\/passengers\/rights-of-passenger-with-reduced-mobility-prms\/during-the-flight\/","title":{"rendered":"During the flight"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"field field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field--item field--item--align\">\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">During the flight, it is the responsibility of the airline to provide assistance by ensuring:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">free carriage of recognised assistance dogs in the cabin, subject to pre-booking and unless it is technically unfeasible;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">free carriage of medical equipment and up to two pieces of mobility equipment (subject to advance notice of 48 hours) depending on the space available on board the aircraft and in accordance with the legislation on the carriage of dangerous goods;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">communication of essential flight information in accessible formats;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">that all reasonable efforts are made to arrange seating to meet the needs of the passenger, subject to availability and safety requirements;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">assistance in moving to toilet facilities if required;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">that all reasonable efforts are made to give the accompanying person, if any, a seat next to the passenger.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field--name-field-paragrafi-aggiuntivi field--type-entity-reference-revisions field--label-hidden field--items\">\n<div class=\"field--item field--item--align\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the flight, it is the responsibility of the airline to provide assistance by ensuring: free carriage of recognised assistance dogs in the cabin, subject to pre-booking and unless it is technically unfeasible;
