{"id":44915,"date":"2023-11-13T13:16:20","date_gmt":"2023-11-13T12:16:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.enac.gov.it\/reclami\/"},"modified":"2024-10-02T12:26:51","modified_gmt":"2024-10-02T10:26:51","slug":"complaints","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.enac.gov.it\/en\/passengers\/rights-of-passenger-with-reduced-mobility-prms\/complaints\/","title":{"rendered":"Complaints"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">If no assistance or inadequate assistance is received, any complaints must be submitted to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">the\u00a0<strong>managing body of the airport<\/strong>\u00a0in the event of lack of or\u00a0<strong>inadequate assistance on the land side<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">the\u00a0<strong>airline<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0<strong>booking\/purchase<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>issues<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>lack of<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>assistance on the air side<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">If the PRM believes that the reply to the complaint is not consistent with the provisions of the Regulation, he\/she may then submit a complaint to ENAC, using the online form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">It is possible to send a complaint to ENAC if the disruption occurred:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">at an Italian airport;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">on flights departing from an Italian airport (regardless of the nationality of the operating carrier);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">on flights arriving at an Italian airport if operated by an EU carrier.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>A complaint to ENAC can be submitted by the passenger <strong>exclusively<\/strong> through the dedicated application &#8220;Passenger Rights Protection\u201d after registering on the website.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Before proceeding with the complaint submission, please be informed that all the necessary information is provided in a guided path to help passengers identify the most suitable action to take according to their needs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If no assistance or inadequate assistance is received, any complaints must be submitted to: the\u00a0managing body of the airport\u00a0in the event of lack of or\u00a0inadequate assistance on the land side the\u00a0airline\u00a0for\u00a0booking\/purchase\u00a0issues\u00a0and\u00a0lack of\u00a0assistance on the air side If the PRM believes that the reply to the complaint is not consistent with the provisions of the Regulation, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":44870,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"ep_exclude_from_search":false,"footnotes":""},"open-data":[],"in-evidenza":[],"class_list":["post-44915","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.1 -
