Such credits shall be determined on the basis of a recommendation from an Approved Training Organisation (ATO).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to assure the same standards of recommendations by the ATOs, ENAC has established the following procedures and credits to which the ATOs shall comply in order to proceed with the achievement of the licences, provided that the applicant holds a licence issued in compliance with the requirements of ICAO Annex 1.
