In carrying out its institutional activities of regulation and control of the aviation sector, the Agency promotes the development of Civil Aviation, ensuring for the country, particularly for users and companies, the safety of flights, the protection of rights, the quality of services, and fair competitiveness in respect of the environment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

ENAC is one of the main players in proactive action to promote the development of Civil Aviation. Therefore, it is necessary for such action to be pursued through cooperation and dialogue with the involved parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The mission<\/strong> highlights the primary objectives of the institutional mandate: safety, quality of services, protection of rights, and fair competitiveness<\/strong>, to contribute to the development of the aviation sector and the economic growth of the country.<\/p>

Flight safety<\/strong>, which maintains a predominant role, is pursued both on the safety front, through the definition of standards and system requirements aimed at prevention, and on the security front, contributing to the protection against unlawful acts.<\/p>

The protection of rights<\/strong> and the quality of services refer to the regulatory, propulsive, and sanctioning action, and to the action of guaranteeing passenger rights and quality standards, which must be respected by all public and private entities operating in the sector.<\/p>

Fair competitiveness<\/strong> refers to the methods of the regulatory action of aeronautical operators entrusted to the Agency, aimed at creating conditions for greater competitiveness that allow improving the economic efficiency of national civil aviation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
