Designation of <\/strong>air cargo or mail carrier operating into the Union from a third Country Airport as ACC3 or designation of third country regulated agents and third Country regulated known consignors as RA3 \/ KC3<\/strong><\/h2>\n

(ENAC Regulation on the fees ed. n\u00b0 3, Rev. n\u00b0 0, dated Sept. 27th, 2024 art.60 point 5)<\/em><\/p>\n

Any air carrier carrying cargo or mail from an airport in a third country not listed in attachments 6-Fi or 6-Fii for transfer, transit or unloading at any airport falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 300\/2008 shall be designated as an \u2018Air Cargo or Mail Carrier operating into the Union from a Third Country Airport\u2019 (ACC3).<\/p>\n

Third country entities being, or intending to be, part of the supply chain of an air carrier holding the status of ACC3, may be designated as either \u2018third country regulated agent\u2019 (RA3) or \u2018third Country known consignor\u2019 (KC3).<\/p>\n

According to the new ENAC Regulation on the fees (Ed. n\u00b0 3, Rev. n\u00b0 0, dated Sept. 27th, 2024) for the activity-related fees for the ACC3, RA3, KC3 designation, a fixed fee of \u20ac 110 per designation is payable (to which the expenses will have to be added, for a total of \u20ac 146) <\/em>starting from June 26th, 2025.<\/p>\n
