A Community air carrier (an air carrier holding a valid operating licence granted by the competent licensing Authority of a EU member State) wishing to operate intra-Community air services to and from the Italian territory is required to notify to Enac Air Transport Development Dept. the program of the flights (seasonally) by e-mail to eu.aircarriers@enac.gov.it .
A Community air carrier wishing to operate extra-UE air services (scheduled and non-scheduled) to and from the Italian territory is required to send a formal application showing the program of the flights to Enac Air Transport Development Dept. by e-mail to eu.aircarriers@enac.gov.it.
