ENAC may issue an AD involving an EASA aircraft when the unsafe condition is originated during aircraft maintenance or production which, in certain circumstances, may not be under EASA design responsibility (EASA Airworthiness Directive Policy PO.CAP.00016-001).
Collection of ADs and “Informative” issued or disseminated by ENAC from 1st January 1995 to 23rd November 2014
WARNING
The search engine is active on a database that contains ADs/Informative updated until 23 November 2014. Therefore, any modification (revision/cancellation) to ADs applicable to EASA aircraft issued after the a.m. date should be checked through EASA website. For Annex II aircraft the update is available in the appropriate section of ADs issued by ENAC since 24 November 2014.
