The “One Click Away” project was launched on the 3 rd of December, 2022 as part of the initiatives promoted by the Italian Disability Advisory Board coordinated by ENAC.
The three Italian airlines – ITA Airways, NEOS, and Air Dolomiti – in collaboration with Italian associations for disabilities, and under the supervision, support, and coordination provided by IATA, have worked together to make the PRM sections (Persons with Reduced Mobility) on their websites simple, accessible, and standardized in terms of layout, content, and language.

Since December 2022, passengers have been able to find all relevant and useful information with a single click, on the wheelchair icon positioned at the top right of the institutional homepage.
By clicking on the wheelchair icon, located at the top right of the homepage on the airlines’ websites, passengers can easily find the information they need through an identical interface with the same layout, content, and information.

This initiative aims to simplify, harmonize, and make fully accessible the booking systems for airport and onboard assistance, as well as useful information for all types of disabilities (mobility, intellectual, relational, visual, hearing).

The EU and non-EU airlines that have already joined the project are the following: ITA Airways, Air Dolomiti, Neos Air, Ryanair, EasyJet, Volotea, Eurowings, Edelweiss, Iceland Air, Air Baltic.
