The following documents must  be sent in a single PDF file after having carried out the Skill Test, to the Enac pec address (certified email) protocollo@pec.enac.gov.it specifying the DIREZIONE PERSONALE DI VOLO:

  • “APPLICATION FORM FOR ISSUING IR RATING (A) or (H) ” presents on the site;
  • “DECLARATION OF TRAINING AND  EXPERIENCE FOR SKILL TEST IR (A) or (H)” presents on the site;
  • copy, of the Licence held: PPL, CPL or ATPL (H);
  • copy of the valid first or second class medical certificate (ITALIAN SOLI);
  • copy of the certificate of passing the theoretical knowledge examination;
  • copy of the exam report with relative checklist for IR SKILL TEST;
  • copy of Language Proficiency  Check
  • copy of a valid identity document;
  • copy of the fiscal code;
  • copy of the pages of the logbook showing the activity carried out and signed (in self-certification) with the title page of the same;
  • copy of the flight statement signed by the HT of ATO;
  • copy of the IRE documentation if not owner of a license issued by Enac (licence, medical certificate, IRE certification);
  • copy of the ATO certification if the activity is carried out in another EASA country
  • copy of the payment of 32 euro to Enac for the issue of the updated  license, to be made online on the online services portal of the Enac website https://www.enac.gov.it/servizi-online (after registering).

The payment of 238 euro includes the virtual stamp duty.
